Texas was hit with a massive winter storm in mid-February, 2021. And along with the record amount of snow came a massive wave of power outages, and much more thereafter, all over the state— something that neither the people nor the state was prepared for. In the midst of these crises, this documentary explores the sights and sounds of a typical, outage-ridden day for a typical suburban family.
